Log in to DataCamp

Open Your Profile and Account Page
Click on your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile from the dropdown. Then click the Account tab, or navigate directly to datacamp.com/profile/account. This page contains your plan, payment, and subscription management options.
Open the Subscription Tab
Click the Subscription tab on your account page. You will see your current plan type (Premium, Teams, etc.), the next renewal date, and billing amount. Watch out: DataCamp is known for annual plans that auto-renew, so check whether yours is monthly or yearly before it rolls over.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription. DataCamp will walk you through a few screens asking why you are leaving and may offer a discount to stay. If you are done, keep clicking through until you confirm the cancellation.
Verify your cancellation
You should get a confirmation email from DataCamp. Your account page should update to show when your premium access expires. Save the confirmation as proof in case of billing issues.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still use DataCamp after canceling?
Yes. You keep premium access until your billing period ends. After that, you revert to the free plan, which includes the first chapter of every course plus select introductory courses. You can still log in, view your profile, and access free content.
Do I lose my progress if I cancel DataCamp?
No. Your completed exercises, XP, course progress, and any earned certificates are all saved. You just lose access to premium content. If you resubscribe later, everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I get a refund from DataCamp?
DataCamp does not typically offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you were recently charged or believe the charge was an error, contact DataCamp support. If you subscribed through Apple or Google, request a refund through those platforms.
Will I keep my DataCamp certificates after canceling?
Yes. Certificates you earned during your premium subscription are retained permanently and remain viewable on your DataCamp profile. You can still share them on LinkedIn or download them. You just cannot earn new certificates on the free tier since most courses are locked after chapter one.
Can I cancel a DataCamp team or enterprise plan?
Team and enterprise plans are managed by your organization's admin. You cannot cancel these yourself. Contact your manager or IT department if you need to make changes. The steps above only apply to personal DataCamp subscriptions.
