Cancel DashPass in the App or Website
Open DoorDash and sign in
Open the DoorDash app on your phone or go to doordash.com in a web browser. Sign in with the account that has the DashPass subscription. If you are not sure which account has DashPass, check your email for DoorDash billing receipts.
Go to Manage DashPass
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner of the app (or click your name on the website). From the menu, select Manage DashPass. This takes you to the DashPass membership page where you can see your plan details, billing date, and current benefits.
Tap Cancel Membership
Scroll down on the DashPass page and tap or click Cancel Membership. DoorDash will present you with a cancellation flow that may include offers to stay, such as a discounted rate or a pause option. You can decline these and continue to the cancellation reason screen.
Select a reason and confirm
Choose one of the cancellation reasons provided (or select the most general option), then tap Select Reason. On the final screen, tap Cancel DashPass to confirm. You will receive a confirmation email from DoorDash verifying that your DashPass has been canceled.
Watch out for credit card DashPass
If you received DashPass for free through a credit card partnership (such as Chase Sapphire Reserve or a DoorDash co-branded card), you may not see a cancel option in the DoorDash app. In that case, DashPass is tied to your card benefit, and you would need to contact your card issuer or simply stop linking that card to your DoorDash account.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for DashPass through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms. The DoorDash app will not show a cancel option for subscriptions managed by Apple or Google.

What Happens After You Cancel DashPass?
Benefits continue until the end of your billing period
DoorDash does not revoke DashPass benefits immediately. You continue to receive $0 delivery fees and reduced service fees on eligible orders until the last day of your current billing cycle. Make the most of it before it expires.
Delivery fees return to normal
Once your DashPass expires, delivery fees will be added to every order based on the restaurant's distance and demand. Service fees will also return to their standard rates. Orders that were $0 delivery with DashPass may now show fees of $2 to $8 or more depending on the restaurant.
No prorated refunds
DoorDash does not issue refunds for partial months. Even if you cancel on the first day after being billed, you will not get money back. To avoid being charged again, make sure to cancel before your next billing date, which is shown on the Manage DashPass page.
Your DoorDash account stays active
Canceling DashPass does not delete your DoorDash account. Your order history, saved addresses, payment methods, and favorite restaurants are all preserved. You can continue to use DoorDash for ordering, just without the DashPass perks.

Will I get a refund if I cancel DashPass?
No. DoorDash does not issue prorated refunds for DashPass cancellations. Your DashPass benefits remain active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, but you will not receive any money back for unused time.
