Cancel Filmora on the Website
Sign in to your Wondershare account
Go to filmora.wondershare.com/account and sign in with the email you used when purchasing Filmora. You may also access it through the Wondershare ID portal.
Go to Subscription Management
Navigate to the Subscription or Order Management section. Here you will see your active Filmora plan, renewal date, and payment details.
Turn off Auto-Renewal or Cancel

What Happens After You Cancel Filmora?
Your project files stay on your computer
All Filmora project files (.wfp) remain on your computer. You can reopen them if you resubscribe later. Previously exported videos are unaffected.
Watermarks return on new exports
After your subscription ends, new video exports will include the Filmora watermark. Previously exported videos without watermarks are not affected.
Premium effects and assets become unavailable
Stock media, premium effects, and AI features included in your plan will no longer be accessible. Export any projects using these assets before canceling.
