Cancel Higgsfield AI on the Website
Go to Higgsfield AI and Sign In
Open higgsfield.ai in your web browser and log in with the account that holds your active subscription. Make sure you are using the correct email address associated with your premium plan.
Open your Higgsfield profile and billing page
Click on your profile icon or avatar in the top-right corner. From the dropdown menu, select Account or Settings. This takes you to your account management page where your premium plan details, generation credits balance, and renewal date are displayed.
Find the Subscription Section
Look for the Subscription or Billing section on your account page. Here you will see your current plan, billing cycle, and next renewal date. If your subscription is managed through Stripe (the payment processor Higgsfield uses), you may be redirected to a Stripe customer portal.
Click Cancel Subscription
Click the Cancel Subscription or Cancel Plan button. You may be asked to provide a reason for canceling. Confirm your cancellation when prompted. You should receive a confirmation email shortly after.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to Higgsfield AI through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through those platforms. Canceling within the Higgsfield app or website will not stop app store billing.

What Happens After You Cancel Higgsfield AI?
Access continues until your billing period ends
You can keep using Higgsfield AI's premium features until the end of the current billing cycle you already paid for. Your subscription will not renew after that date.
Download your videos before expiration
Make sure to download any AI-generated videos from your Higgsfield workspace before your subscription ends. After cancellation, cloud-stored projects may be deleted or become inaccessible on the free tier.
Unused credits will expire
Any remaining AI generation credits on your account will expire at the end of your billing period. These credits do not carry over to a free plan and cannot be refunded.
Your account remains active on the free tier
After cancellation, your Higgsfield account reverts to the free plan with limited features and generation capabilities. You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.

Will I lose my AI-generated videos if I cancel?
Videos you have already exported and downloaded to your device are yours to keep permanently. However, any projects or drafts stored in the Higgsfield cloud may become inaccessible once your paid plan expires. Download everything important before canceling.

If you subscribed directly through Higgsfield's website, refunds are generally not offered for partial billing periods. If you subscribed via the Apple App Store or Google Play, you can request a refund through those platforms within their standard refund policy windows (typically 48 hours for Apple, 48 hours for Google).
