Cancel JioSaavn Pro on the Website or App
Open JioSaavn and Sign In
Go to jiosaavn.com in your web browser or open the JioSaavn app on your phone. Sign in with your Jio account, Google account, or the credentials linked to your Pro subscription.
Go to Settings or Profile
Tap the hamburger menu or your profile icon. On the app, go to Settings. On the web, click your profile name and look for Account Settings or Manage Subscription.
Locate Your Pro Subscription
Find the JioSaavn Pro subscription section. This displays your current plan, billing date, and payment method. If you paid directly through JioSaavn, the cancel option will be available here.
Cancel or Turn Off Auto-Renewal
Tap Cancel Subscription or toggle off Auto-Renewal. Confirm when prompted. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period, then you revert to the free tier.
JioSaavn Pro came with your Jio recharge?
If JioSaavn Pro was included as part of a Jio prepaid or postpaid recharge plan, it will expire automatically when your Jio plan expires. You cannot cancel it separately. Switch to a Jio plan that does not include JioSaavn Pro at your next recharge to stop the service.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to JioSaavn Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through those platforms. The JioSaavn app or website cannot cancel app store subscriptions.

JioSaavn offers a generous free tier with access to its entire music library. After Pro expires, you can still stream millions of songs with occasional ads. You just lose offline downloads, ad-free listening, and high-quality audio.
Offline downloads will be removed
Songs and playlists downloaded for offline listening will become unavailable once your Pro subscription expires. Make sure to finish listening to downloaded content or save your playlists for streaming later.
Playlists and history are preserved
Your playlists, liked songs, listening history, and all preferences remain intact. Canceling Pro does not delete your account. You can resubscribe anytime to get Pro features back.

Yes. Saavn rebranded to JioSaavn after merging with JioMusic in 2018. If you had a Saavn Pro subscription, it is now a JioSaavn Pro subscription. The cancellation process is the same.
