Cancel Joyn PLUS+ on the Website
Log in to your Joyn account
Go to joyn.de and sign in with your account credentials. Make sure you are using the account that has the active PLUS+ subscription.
Open your Account settings
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Account or navigate directly to joyn.de/account.
Find your PLUS+ subscription
In your account settings, locate the Mitgliedschaft (Membership) or Abo verwalten (Manage Subscription) section. Your current PLUS+ plan details will be displayed here.
Cancel your subscription
Click Abo kuendigen (Cancel Subscription). Joyn may present retention offers or ask for a cancellation reason. Follow through the confirmation prompts to finalize the cancellation.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for Joyn PLUS+ through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.

- 3. Tap Subscriptions

What Happens After You Cancel Joyn PLUS+?
Free content remains available
Joyn has a generous free tier with ad-supported live TV and on-demand content. You can continue watching free channels and shows after canceling PLUS+.
Access until end of billing period
Your PLUS+ premium access continues until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will revert to the free tier automatically.
Premium content becomes locked
Exclusive PLUS+ shows, movies, and ad-free viewing will no longer be available once your subscription period ends. Downloads will also be removed.
