Cancel Microsoft Copilot Pro Online
Sign in to your Microsoft Account
Go to account.microsoft.com in your web browser and sign in with the Microsoft account that has the Copilot Pro subscription. Make sure it is the correct account if you have multiple.
Go to Services & Subscriptions
Navigate to Services & subscriptions from the top menu, or go directly to account.microsoft.com/services. This page shows all your active Microsoft subscriptions including Copilot Pro, Microsoft 365, and others.
Find and manage Copilot Pro
Locate Microsoft Copilot Pro in the list of subscriptions. Click Manage next to it. This opens the subscription management page where you can see your billing details and renewal date.
Cancel or turn off recurring billing
Click Cancel or Turn off recurring billing. Microsoft may offer you retention deals or ask for a reason. Confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for Copilot Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead. Your Microsoft account page won't show a cancel option in this case.

What Happens After You Cancel Copilot Pro?
You keep access until your billing period ends
Microsoft does not cut off Copilot Pro access immediately. You can continue using all premium AI features until the end of your current billing cycle.
You lose AI features in Office apps
Copilot Pro integration in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote will be removed. You will revert to the free version of Copilot with more limited capabilities.
Priority access to GPT-4 is removed
Copilot Pro subscribers get priority access to the latest AI models during peak times. After canceling, you may experience slower responses or be limited to older models in the free tier.
Your Microsoft 365 subscription is not affected
Canceling Copilot Pro does not cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription. They are separate subscriptions. Your Office apps, OneDrive storage, and other 365 features remain intact.
