Cancel Monday.com on the Website
Open Administration
Log in to monday.com, click your profile picture in the bottom-left corner, and choose Administration from the menu. You need admin privileges to access billing settings.
Go to Billing
In the Administration panel, select Billing from the left-hand menu. This opens the Overview section showing your active products and their billing details.
Click Cancel Product
Find your product in the Overview section, click the three-dot menu next to it, and select Cancel product. You will be asked to choose a reason for canceling. Select a reason to proceed.
Click Cancel Product Plan
After selecting your reason, click Cancel product plan. You can optionally add details about your experience, but it is not required. The next screen displays your plan end date.
Confirm with Cancel Plan Renewal
Review the plan end date and click Cancel plan renewal to finalize. Your subscription will remain active until the end date shown. You will receive a confirmation email.
30-Day Cancellation Notice
Monday.com requires a 30-day notice before your subscription end date to prevent auto-renewal. If you do not cancel at least 30 days before your renewal date, your plan may automatically renew for another term. Cancel early to avoid unexpected charges.
What Happens After You Cancel Monday.com?
You keep access until the plan end date
Monday.com does not cut off access immediately. You continue to use all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
You can choose to keep or delete your data
After cancellation, Monday.com gives you the option to keep your account data accessible for future use or to delete it entirely. Your boards, dashboards, and automations are preserved unless you explicitly request deletion.
Wire transfer subscriptions require account manager
If your subscription is paid by wire transfer (invoice), you cannot cancel through the Administration panel. You need to contact your Monday.com account manager directly to arrange the cancellation.
Downgrade to the free plan
After the paid period ends, your account moves to the free individual plan with limited features. You can continue to access your boards but with significant feature restrictions.
