Visit mullvad.net/account in your web browser. Enter your 16-digit account number to sign in. Mullvad does not use email or passwords -- your account number is your only credential.
Check your remaining paid time
On the account page, you will see your remaining paid time displayed prominently. This shows when your VPN access will expire. Mullvad charges a flat rate of 5 euros per month with no long-term contracts.
Simply stop adding time
Mullvad does not auto-renew by default. You prepay for time, and when it runs out, the service stops. There is no subscription to cancel in the traditional sense -- just stop adding more time to your account.
Cancel recurring payment if set up
