Cancel Myntra Insider via the App
Open the Myntra App
Launch the Myntra app on your Android or iPhone. Make sure you are signed into the account linked to your Insider membership. You can also visit myntra.com in a browser.
Go to Your Profile
Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar. You will see your Insider tier badge displayed near your name, showing your current membership level.
Open Myntra Insider Section
Tap on Myntra Insider or your tier badge to access the Insider dashboard. Here you can view your Insider points, tier status, available rewards, and if you have a paid Insider Select subscription, its details and renewal date.
Cancel Paid Membership
If you have the paid Insider Select subscription, look for the Manage Subscription or Cancel option. Tap it and confirm the cancellation. Your paid benefits will remain active until the current billing period ends. Note that the free loyalty tiers based on your spending cannot be "canceled" since they are earned through purchases.
Free Tiers vs. Paid Membership
Myntra Insider has free loyalty tiers (Insider, Select, Elite, Icon) that you earn based on how much you shop. These cannot be canceled. What Happens After You Cancel Myntra Insider?
Paid benefits last until expiry
If you cancel the paid Insider Select membership, your premium benefits like free delivery and extra discounts remain active until the end of your billing period. You can continue to use them until then.
Your Insider points remain
Any Insider points you have earned stay in your account and can be redeemed for rewards. However, points do have an expiry date, so use them before they lapse. Your earning rate may decrease without the paid membership.
Free delivery benefits end
Insider Select members enjoy free delivery on all orders. After canceling, standard delivery charges will apply based on your order value. You may need to meet minimum order amounts for free shipping.
Your loyalty tier stays based on spending
The free Insider tiers (Insider, Select, Elite, Icon) are based on your annual spending on Myntra. These tiers are not affected by canceling the paid membership. Your tier resets annually based on your shopping history.
