Cancel Nebula Step by Step
Sign in to your account
Go to go.nebula.tv and log in. Make sure you're signed into the account that has the paid subscription, not a shared profile.
Open Account or Subscription settings
Click your profile icon, then select Account, Settings, or Manage Subscription. On Nebula, this is usually in the top-right menu.
Click Cancel Subscription
Find and click Cancel Subscription, Cancel Membership, or Cancel Plan. Nebula may offer you a discounted rate or a different plan — skip through these if you want to fully cancel.
Confirm the cancellation
Click Confirm Cancellation on the final screen. You'll get a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Family or group plan owners: canceling affects all members on the plan.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for Nebula through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.

Nebula doesn't cut off access immediately. Enjoy your remaining time until the period you already paid for expires.
Your data is saved if you come back
Your watchlist, playlists, viewing history, and preferences are typically saved for several months after cancellation.
Downloaded content will expire
Any offline downloads through Nebula will become unavailable once your access ends. Watch or listen to downloaded content before your subscription expires.

No, Nebula saves your data (watchlist, playlists, history, preferences) for several months after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything will be restored.
