Cancel Notion AI from Settings
Open Notion Settings
Open Notion in your browser at notion.so or in the desktop app. Click Settings & members in the left sidebar. You need to be a workspace admin to manage billing.
Go to Billing
In the settings panel, click the Billing tab on the left side. You can also navigate directly to notion.so/settings/billing. This shows your current plan and any add-ons.
Find the Notion AI add-on
Scroll down to find the Notion AI add-on section. It is listed separately from your base Notion plan. You should see the per-member cost and your next billing date.
Remove the AI add-on
Click Remove or Cancel next to the Notion AI add-on. Confirm when prompted. This only removes the AI feature and does not cancel your Notion workspace or base plan. AI access continues until the end of your billing period.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to Notion AI through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.

What Happens After You Cancel Notion AI?
Your Notion workspace stays intact
Canceling the AI add-on does not affect your Notion pages, databases, or workspace. Your base Notion plan (Free, Plus, Business, or Enterprise) remains unchanged.
AI-generated content is preserved
Any content that Notion AI previously generated or edited remains in your pages. You just lose the ability to invoke the AI assistant for new tasks like summarizing, writing, or translating.
AI features become unavailable
After the billing period ends, you can no longer use AI writing, summarization, translation, or Q&A features. The AI menu options will be removed from your workspace.
Team members lose AI access too
If you are on a team plan, removing the AI add-on removes AI access for all workspace members. The AI add-on is billed per member, so all seats are removed together.
