Cancel Puzzledly Step by Step
Sign in to your account
Go to puzzledly.com and log in with the account that has the active subscription.
Navigate to Subscription or Membership
Find your Subscription, Membership, or Recurring Payments settings. On Puzzledly, check under Account > Subscriptions or Billing.
Click Cancel or Turn Off Recurring
Select Cancel Subscription or Turn Off Auto-Renew. Puzzledly may show you what perks you'll lose — review and proceed if you want to cancel.
Confirm the cancellation
Click Confirm. Your access to Puzzledly premium features continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, you'll be downgraded to the free tier (if available).
