Cancel Strong Pro on the Website

Go to your Strong account page

Visit strongapp.io/account and sign in with your account credentials. Make sure you are using the email associated with your Strong Pro subscription.

Navigate to Subscription settings

Find the Subscription or Billing section. This shows your current plan, renewal date, and payment method.

Click Cancel Subscription

Click the Cancel Subscription button. Strong may ask why you are leaving or offer alternatives.

Confirm cancellation

Confirm your choice. You will receive a confirmation email. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your billing period.

What Happens After You Cancel Strong Pro?

Your workout data is preserved

All your workout logs, exercise history, and personal records remain in your account. Nothing is deleted when you cancel Pro.

Free version has a routine limit

The free version of Strong limits you to 3 custom routines. Your existing routines beyond the limit will be saved but not editable until you resubscribe or remove extras.

Pro features are removed

Charts, progression tracking, Apple Watch complications, and custom exercises beyond the limit become unavailable after your billing period ends.

Cloud sync may be limited

Cross-device sync and cloud backup may be limited on the free plan. Make sure to export your data if needed before canceling.
