Cancel Wellhub on the Website
Log in to your Wellhub account
Visit wellhub.com/account and sign in with your credentials. If you previously used gympass.com, the same login still works at the new Wellhub domain.
Go to your Plan settings
Navigate to My Plan or Subscription in your account settings. This shows your current tier, billing date, and partner gym access.
Click Cancel Plan
Click Cancel Plan. Wellhub may offer you a downgrade to a lower tier or a temporary pause. You can decline these if you want to fully cancel.
Confirm cancellation
Select a reason for canceling and confirm your choice. You will receive a confirmation email. Your gym access continues until the end of your billing period.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to Wellhub through the App Store or Google Play, cancel through those platforms.

What Happens After You Cancel Wellhub?
Gym access continues until billing period ends
You can continue checking in at partner gyms and studios until the end of your current billing cycle. No immediate loss of access.
Your account remains active
Your Wellhub account is not deleted. You can reactivate your plan at any time without creating a new account.
Employer-sponsored plans work differently
If your employer provides Wellhub as a benefit, canceling may differ. Check with your HR department, as the employer may still provide a base plan even if you cancel your personal upgrade.
Partner app subscriptions may need separate cancellation
