What Happens After You Cancel BarkBox?
You receive remaining boxes on multi-month plans
If you signed up for a 6-month or 12-month plan, you will continue receiving boxes until your commitment period ends. The cancellation prevents auto-renewal after that period.
Monthly subscribers stop immediately
If you are on a month-to-month plan, cancellation prevents the next box from being shipped and billed. You will not receive any additional boxes after your current billing cycle ends.
Cancel before the 1st to avoid next month's charge
BarkBox typically processes orders and charges around the 1st of each month. Contact support well before your billing date to ensure you are not charged for the next month's box.
Your account stays active for resubscription
Your BarkBox account, dog profile, and preferences are kept on file. If you decide to resubscribe later, you can log back in and your pup's profile will still be there.
