Cancel BODi on the Beachbody Website
Log in to your BODi account
Go to beachbody.com and sign in with your email and password. If you signed up using Facebook or another social login, use that same method to get in.
Click on your profile icon
Once logged in, click your profile icon or your name in the top-right corner. From the dropdown, select Account Settings. You are entering the cancellation zone now.
Navigate to Subscriptions
In your Account Settings, find the Subscriptions section. This is where all your active BODi subscriptions and any auto-ship orders (like Shakeology) are listed. Make sure you are looking at the right one.
Click Cancel next to your BODi subscription
Find your BODi streaming subscription and click Cancel. This is where things get interesting -- BODi has a multi-step retention flow that really, really wants you to stay. Deep breaths. You can do this.
Navigate the retention gauntlet
BODi will likely show you several screens: a discounted offer, a downgrade option, maybe even a free month. If you are certain about canceling, decline each offer by clicking "No thanks" or "Continue to cancel." Keep clicking through until you reach the final confirmation.
Confirm your cancellation
Once you have made it through the retention offers, confirm the cancellation. You should see a confirmation message on screen and receive an email. Save that email -- it is your proof that you actually made it out alive.
Watch out: BODi has one of the more aggressive retention flows out there. You may see multiple discount offers, downgrade suggestions, and even emotional appeals. Stay focused and keep clicking through if you are sure about canceling. Think of it as your final workout -- the mental kind.

Many people miss this and get surprised by a $130 shake delivery showing up next month.
What Happens After You Cancel BODi?
Access continues until your billing period ends
You will not lose access the moment you cancel. Your BODi streaming subscription stays active until the end of whatever you already paid for -- whether that is a month, quarter, or year. Get those last workouts in while you can.
Workout history and progress are saved
Your workout completion data and program progress are tied to your account, not your subscription. If you ever resubscribe, your history should still be there. All those sweat sessions were not tracked in vain.
All streaming workouts become unavailable
Once your subscription period ends, you lose access to the entire BODi workout library -- P90X, Insanity, 21 Day Fix, and everything else. Downloaded workouts (if any) also stop working since they require an active subscription to play.
Check for separate auto-ship orders
Remember: Shakeology, Energize, Recover, and other supplement auto-ships are billed separately. Canceling BODi streaming does not touch those. Log in and check your auto-ship section to avoid any surprise deliveries.

Will I get a refund if I cancel BODi?
BODi generally does not offer prorated refunds for subscription payments already made. However, if you are within the first 30 days of a new subscription, Beachbody has a satisfaction guarantee -- contact customer support to ask about getting your money back. After 30 days, your access simply continues until the end of the billing period.
What is the difference between BODi and Beachbody On Demand?
They are the same thing. Beachbody On Demand was rebranded to BODi (short for "Beachbody On Demand Interactive"). Same workout library, same company, same website. Just a shorter, snappier name. The cancellation process has not changed either.
Does canceling BODi also cancel my Shakeology auto-ship?
Nope. This is the number one gotcha with Beachbody cancellations. Your BODi streaming subscription and any supplement auto-ships (Shakeology, Energize, Hydrate, etc.) are completely separate subscriptions. You need to cancel each one individually in your Account Settings. Many people cancel BODi and then get a surprise $130 box of Shakeology a month later.
Can I cancel BODi if I signed up through a coach?
Yes. Even if a Beachbody coach signed you up, you can cancel directly through the beachbody.com website using the steps above. You do not need to go through your coach, and they cannot prevent you from canceling. Your subscription, your choice.
