Cancel beehiiv on the Website

Log in to your beehiiv account

Go to app.beehiiv.com and sign in with the email you used to create your beehiiv account. Make sure you are logging into the correct publication if you manage multiple newsletters.

Go to Settings, then Billing

Click Settings in the left sidebar, then select the Billing tab. This page shows your current plan, billing history, and payment method.

Click Downgrade or Cancel Plan

Under your current plan details, click Downgrade to switch to the free Launch plan, or look for a Cancel option. beehiiv may show you what features you will lose and offer retention discounts.

Confirm your cancellation

Select a reason for leaving and click Confirm. You will keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
