Cancel BoxyCharm on the Website
Log in to your BoxyCharm or IPSY account
Go to boxycharm.com/account or ipsy.com and sign in. Since BoxyCharm was acquired by IPSY, your account may now be managed through the IPSY platform.
Navigate to Membership settings
Go to your Account or Membership settings. Look for your active BoxyCharm subscription plan, which may be listed as an IPSY membership tier.
Click Cancel Membership
Find and click Cancel Membership or Pause/Cancel. IPSY will likely offer you a pause option, a skip month, or a discounted rate. Decline these offers if you want to fully cancel.
Complete the survey and confirm
Answer the cancellation survey (required), then click Confirm Cancellation. You should receive a confirmation email. If you have trouble canceling online, contact customer support via email or chat.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up through the IPSY/BoxyCharm mobile app, you may need to cancel through the App Store or Google Play.

What Happens After You Cancel BoxyCharm?
Current month's box still ships
If you have already been billed for the current month, your box will still be assembled and shipped. Cancellation prevents future charges and boxes only.
Charms and points may expire
Any loyalty points, Charms, or rewards you have accumulated may expire after cancellation. Check your rewards balance and redeem them before canceling.
Cancel before billing cutoff
BoxyCharm bills around the 1st of each month. To avoid being charged for next month, make sure to cancel several days before the billing date. Check your account for your specific cutoff.
IPSY account stays active
Canceling BoxyCharm does not delete your IPSY account. You can resubscribe later or switch to a different IPSY membership tier at any time.
