Launch Christian Mingle on your phone. Most dating apps handle subscriptions exclusively through the app, though some also allow cancellation at christianmingle.com.
Go to your Profile or Settings
Tap your profile icon or the gear/settings icon. Navigate to Account, Subscription, or Manage Membership.
Tap Cancel Subscription
Find Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription. Christian Mingle will probably try to keep you with offers or show you how many "likes" you'll lose access to. Stay strong if you want to cancel.
Cancel through Apple/Google if needed
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play (most people do), you'll need to cancel there instead. The app will redirect you, or follow the Apple/Google steps below.

Deleting the app does NOT cancel your subscription. You'll keep being charged.
