Cancel CookUnity Step by Step
Log in at cookunity.com
Go to cookunity.com and sign in with your email and password. If you forgot your password, use the reset link. You need full account access to manage and cancel your chef-prepared meal subscription.
Click your profile icon and select My Plan
Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of cookunity.com, then select My Plan or Subscription from the dropdown menu. This is where CookUnity manages your delivery schedule, plan size, and cancellation options.
Scroll down and click Cancel Plan

Complete the cancellation flow and decline offers
CookUnity will ask why you are leaving and may offer a pause option, free meals, or a discount. If you want to fully cancel, decline all retention offers. Select a cancellation reason, then confirm. Check your email for a cancellation confirmation.

What Happens After You Cancel CookUnity?

CookUnity retains your account, favorite chefs, meal ratings, and delivery preferences. You can reactivate anytime by logging back in and choosing a new plan.
Expect win-back emails from CookUnity
CookUnity will send promotional emails with discounts to bring you back. Be careful clicking promo links -- selecting meals through a promotional offer may reactivate your subscription. Unsubscribe from marketing emails if you want a clean break.
