What Happens After You Cancel Craft?

Your documents stay accessible

All your documents remain in your Craft account on the free plan. You can still view, edit, and export them, though block limits per document apply.

Pro features become restricted

Features like unlimited blocks, advanced sharing, custom templates, and Craft AI assistant are restricted on the free plan. Existing documents exceeding free limits become read-only.

Export your documents first

Before canceling, export important documents as Markdown, PDF, or Word files. This ensures you have backups of all your content outside of Craft.

Shared links may stop working

If you shared documents with advanced sharing features, those links may become inaccessible once you downgrade. Basic sharing features remain on the free plan.
