Cancel Firstleaf Step by Step

1

Log in at firstleaf.club

Go to firstleaf.club and sign in with the email address tied to your wine club membership. If you need a password reset, do that first — you can't access the cancellation page without being fully logged in.

2

Go to your Membership settings page

Click your account icon and navigate to firstleaf.club/account/membership. This page shows your current club tier, next order date, and how many bottles are in your upcoming shipment.

3

Click Cancel Membership and decline the save offers

Scroll to the bottom of the membership page and click Cancel Membership. Firstleaf will try to keep you — expect offers to skip your next order, switch to a smaller box, or get a discount. Decline these, pick a cancellation reason, and continue.

4

Confirm and check for the cancellation email

Hit the final Cancel button to lock it in. Firstleaf sends a confirmation email — save it as proof. If your next shipment was already in the processing window, it may still ship and you'll be charged for it, so timing matters.

Pro Tip

Firstleaf processes orders several days before your shipment date. Cancel at least a week early to avoid paying for one last box of wine you didn't ask for.

What Happens After You Cancel Firstleaf?

In-transit bottles will still arrive

If your next shipment was already being prepared or has shipped, canceling won't stop it. You'll receive (and pay for) that final order. Only future shipments are prevented.

Your wine ratings and taste profile are retained

Firstleaf keeps your rating history and flavor preferences even after you cancel. If you rejoin, the algorithm will still know you hate oaky Chardonnay and love Malbec.

Expect re-engagement emails (lots of them)

Firstleaf will likely send you win-back offers with discounted boxes for the next few months. Check your bank statement to make sure no new charges sneak through, and unsubscribe from their marketing emails if the offers get tempting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I skip my next Firstleaf shipment instead of canceling?

Yes. From your membership page at firstleaf.club/account/membership, you can skip individual shipments or change your delivery frequency to every other month. This keeps your taste profile and wine ratings intact, and you won't be charged for skipped months.

Will I lose my wine ratings and taste profile if I cancel Firstleaf?

No. Firstleaf retains your wine ratings and preference data after cancellation. If you decide to rejoin, your personalized selections should still reflect your past ratings. Older profiles may need a few new ratings to fully recalibrate, though.

Can I cancel Firstleaf mid-way through an annual membership?

If you prepaid for an annual plan, canceling mid-term typically means you'll still receive your remaining prepaid shipments but won't auto-renew. If you want to stop all future shipments immediately and discuss a partial credit, contact Firstleaf support directly.
