Cancel FreshDirect Step by Step
Log in to your account
Go to freshdirect.com and sign in with your membership account.
Go to Account or Membership settings
Click on Account, Membership, or your profile icon. Navigate to Manage Membership or Subscription Settings.
Click Cancel Membership
Select Cancel Membership or End Membership. FreshDirect will show you what benefits you'll lose (free delivery, discounts, etc.) and may offer a discounted renewal.
Confirm the cancellation
Click through the confirmation screens. FreshDirect may ask why you're leaving — select a reason and confirm. Check your email for the cancellation receipt.

In-store memberships (Costco, Sam's Club) may need to be canceled in person or by calling.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for FreshDirect through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.
