Cancel Gopuff FAM in the App
Open the Gopuff app
Open the Gopuff app on your phone. Tap on your profile icon or account menu, usually found in the bottom navigation bar or top corner of the screen.
Go to FAM Membership settings
In your account settings, find and tap on FAM Membership or Manage Membership. This shows your current plan, renewal date, and membership benefits.
Tap Cancel Membership
Tap Cancel Membership or Cancel FAM. Gopuff will show you the benefits you will lose, including free delivery and exclusive member pricing. You may be offered a discounted rate to stay.
Confirm the cancellation
Decline any retention offers and confirm. Your FAM benefits stay active until the end of your current billing period. After that, you revert to a regular Gopuff account with delivery fees.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to FAM through the App Store or Google Play, cancel through those platforms instead.

What Happens After You Cancel Gopuff FAM?
You can still order from Gopuff
Your Gopuff account remains active. You can continue placing orders for instant delivery, but you will be charged delivery fees on each order instead of getting free delivery.
Delivery fees return
Without FAM, standard delivery fees apply to each order. The fee varies by location and order size. FAM members save on average by avoiding these per-order charges.
Member pricing no longer applies
FAM members get exclusive lower prices on select items. After canceling, you will see regular pricing on all products. Promotions and sales are still available to non-members.
Easy to rejoin anytime
You can resubscribe to FAM at any time through the Gopuff app. Your account history, saved addresses, and payment methods remain on file for future use.
