Cancel iHeartRadio on the Website
Sign in to iHeartRadio
Go to iheart.com and sign in with your account credentials. Make sure you are using the account with the active premium subscription.
Navigate to Settings
Click your profile icon and select Settings from the menu. You can also go directly to iheart.com/my/settings/.
Find your subscription details
Look for the Subscription or Premium section. You will see whether you have iHeartRadio Plus or All Access, along with your billing information.
Cancel your subscription
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation prompts. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, then revert to the free tier.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, cancel through those platforms instead.

What Happens After You Cancel iHeartRadio?
Free radio still works
iHeartRadio's core radio streaming is free. After canceling, you can still listen to live radio stations, podcasts, and curated stations with ads.
You lose premium features
Offline downloads, unlimited skips, and on-demand playback (All Access) will no longer be available after your billing period ends.
Saved stations and favorites are kept
Your favorite stations, saved songs, and listening preferences remain on your account even after canceling the premium plan.
