Cancel Tidal on the Website
Sign in to your Tidal account
Go to account.tidal.com in your web browser and sign in with the email and password associated with your Tidal subscription. Make sure you are using the account that owns the subscription, not a family member's profile.
Navigate to Subscription settings
Once signed in, click on Subscription in the left menu or account settings area. This page shows your current plan, billing date, and payment method.
Click Cancel my subscription
Scroll down and click the Cancel my subscription button. Tidal may show you information about what you will lose access to, including HiFi audio quality and offline downloads.
Confirm your cancellation
Select a reason for canceling and click the confirmation button. You will receive a confirmation email from Tidal. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
