Cancel Ipsy on the Website
Sign in to Ipsy
Go to ipsy.com in your web browser and sign in with the email and password associated with your Ipsy membership. You can also sign in through the Ipsy app, but the website is the most reliable method for cancellation.
Go to Account Settings
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page. From the dropdown or menu, select Account Settings or Membership. This takes you to the page where you manage your Glam Bag subscription details.
Find and Click Cancel Membership
Scroll down on your membership settings page until you find the Cancel Membership option. It is typically located at the bottom of the page. Click on it to begin the cancellation process.
Complete the Cancellation Steps
Ipsy will ask you to select a reason for canceling and may present alternatives like skipping a month, switching to a different plan, or getting a discount. If you want to fully cancel, decline these offers and click Continue to Cancel.
Confirm Your Cancellation
Click the final Cancel Membership button to confirm. You should see a confirmation page and receive a cancellation email from Ipsy. Save this email for your records. Your membership will show as canceled in your account settings.

Your beauty quiz and reviews are saved
Your Ipsy beauty profile, product reviews, and quiz preferences remain saved in your account. If you resubscribe later, Ipsy will use this data to continue personalizing your Glam Bag.
