Cancel JioCinema on the Website or App
Open JioCinema and Sign In
Go to jiocinema.com in your web browser or open the JioCinema app on your phone. Sign in with the Jio account or credentials linked to your premium subscription.
Go to Your Profile Settings
Tap or click your profile icon in the top-right corner. Select My Account or Manage Account. On the app, you may find this under the More or Menu tab.
Navigate to Subscription Settings
Find the Subscription or My Plan section. This displays your current JioCinema plan (Premium, Ad-Free, etc.), validity period, and auto-renewal status.
Cancel or Turn Off Auto-Renewal
Tap Cancel Subscription or toggle off Auto-Renewal. JioCinema may try to retain you with offers or discounts. Confirm your decision. Your access continues until the current billing period ends.
JioCinema came with your Jio recharge?
If your JioCinema Premium access was included as part of a Jio prepaid or postpaid recharge plan, it will automatically expire when your Jio plan expires. You cannot cancel it separately. To stop JioCinema access, switch to a Jio plan that does not include JioCinema Premium at your next recharge.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you subscribed to JioCinema Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through those platforms. The JioCinema app or website cannot cancel app store subscriptions.

Your JioCinema account remains active. Watch history, watchlist, and preferences are saved. You can resubscribe anytime to regain premium access and pick up where you left off.

Is JioCinema the same as JioHotstar?
No. JioCinema and JioHotstar are separate streaming platforms, both owned by Jio. JioCinema focuses on Bollywood movies, Hollywood films, originals, and select sports.
