Cancel SonyLIV on the Website
Go to SonyLIV and Sign In
Open sonyliv.com in your web browser and sign in with the account that has the active subscription. You can log in using your email, phone number, or social account.
Open My Account
Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen. From the dropdown, select My Account or Manage Account. This takes you to your account overview page.
Go to Subscription Details
