Cancel Keeper Step by Step
Sign in to your account
Visit keepersecurity.com and log in with the email associated with your subscription.
Navigate to your subscription details
Go to Account > Subscriptions or My Products. You'll see your active plan with its renewal date.
Click Cancel or Manage Subscription
Select Cancel Subscription or Manage Auto-Renewal. Keeper may show you a comparison of what you'll lose — review it, then proceed if you want to cancel.
Request a refund if eligible
If you're within the refund window, submit a refund request through support or your account dashboard. Keeper typically processes refunds within 5-10 business days.

Uninstalling the software does NOT cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your account.
