2

Navigate to Settings

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner. From the dropdown, select Settings or Account Settings. This takes you to where all your account and billing information lives.

3

Go to Subscription

Click on the Subscription tab or section. You will see your current plan (Standard or Premium), your billing cycle, and the next payment date.

4

Click Cancel Subscription

Click Cancel Subscription. Pluralsight will ask why you are leaving and may offer you a discounted rate or extended trial. If you are set on canceling, click through the retention screens until you hit the final Confirm Cancellation button.

5

Verify your cancellation

Check your email for a confirmation from Pluralsight. Your Settings page should also reflect the cancellation with your access end date. Keep this confirmation as proof.

Have a Team or Enterprise Plan?

If your Pluralsight access is provided through your employer, you cannot cancel it yourself. The subscription is managed by your company's admin. Contact your IT department or manager if you want to make changes. The steps above only apply to personal Pluralsight subscriptions.

What Happens After You Cancel Pluralsight?

You keep access until your billing period ends

Your Pluralsight subscription stays fully active through the end of your current billing cycle. Finish up any courses you are working on.

Your profile and history are preserved

Your completed courses, skill assessment results, and profile remain on your account. If you resubscribe, everything is right where you left it.

You lose access to all courses and skill assessments

Once your paid period ends, you can no longer watch courses, take skill assessments, or access interactive projects. Pluralsight does not have a free tier.

You can resubscribe anytime

Can I get a refund from Pluralsight?

Pluralsight does not typically offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you were recently charged or believe there was an error, contact Pluralsight support directly. They review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?

Standard (around $29/month) includes access to the full course library and skill assessments. Premium (around $45/month) adds interactive courses, hands-on projects, and certification exam prep content. Both are billed monthly or annually.

Can I cancel a team or enterprise Pluralsight plan?

No. Team and enterprise plans are managed by your organization's administrator. You cannot cancel these yourself. Contact your IT department, engineering manager, or whoever originally set up the account for your organization.
