Cancel Pure Step by Step
Open the {name} app
Launch Pure on your phone. Most dating apps handle subscriptions exclusively through the app, though some also allow cancellation at pure.app.
Go to your Profile or Settings
Tap your profile icon or the gear/settings icon. Navigate to Account, Subscription, or Manage Membership.
Tap Cancel Subscription
Find Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription. Pure will probably try to keep you with offers or show you how many "likes" you'll lose access to. Stay strong if you want to cancel.
Cancel through Apple/Google if needed
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play (most people do), you'll need to cancel there instead. The app will redirect you, or follow the Apple/Google steps below.
Pro Tip
Your profile may still be visible after canceling premium — you need to separately delete/hide your profile if you want off the platform.

If you signed up for Pure through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.

- 2. Tap your profile icon

What Happens After You Cancel Pure?
Your premium features end at the billing period
After canceling, you lose premium features like unlimited swipes, seeing who liked you, or boost visibility. Your profile stays active on the free tier.
Your matches and conversations are kept
Canceling premium doesn't delete your matches or chat history. You can still message existing matches on the free plan.
Consider deleting your profile separately
If you want to fully leave Pure, go to Settings > Delete Account after canceling your subscription. Canceling the subscription alone leaves your profile visible.

Can I get a refund for Pure?
Pure generally doesn't offer refunds for dating subscriptions. If you subscribed through Apple, you can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google Play refunds can be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
