Cancel Roblox Premium on the Website
Log in to Roblox
Go to roblox.com in your web browser and log in with the account that has the Roblox Premium subscription. If a parent manages the account, they will need to log in to cancel.
Go to Subscriptions
Click the gear icon or your profile picture, then navigate to Settings. From there, find the Subscriptions section, or go directly to the Subscriptions page from your account menu.
Open subscription details
Find your Roblox Premium subscription in the list. Click the ">" arrow button next to it to expand the subscription details and see your billing information and renewal date.
Click Cancel Renewal and confirm
Click Cancel Renewal and follow the confirmation prompts. Your Premium benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period, but the subscription will not auto-renew after that.
Cancel 24 Hours Before Renewal
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your Roblox Premium subscription at least 24 hours before the auto-renewal date. You can find your renewal date in the subscription details page.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you purchased Roblox Premium through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel through those platforms. You can only cancel from the same platform where you originally purchased the subscription.

What Happens After You Cancel Roblox Premium?
You keep Premium benefits until the end of your billing cycle
After canceling, your Premium perks including trading, marketplace access, and the Premium badge remain active through the end of your current billing period. No benefits are removed immediately.
You keep your existing Robux
Any Robux you have already received remain in your account after cancellation. You can continue to spend them on items, game passes, and experiences. You just will not receive the monthly Robux stipend going forward.
Trading and selling abilities are lost
Once your Premium subscription expires, you will lose the ability to trade limited items and sell items on the Roblox marketplace. These features are exclusive to active Premium members.
Your Roblox account stays active
Canceling Premium does not delete your Roblox account. You can still play games, use items you own, and enjoy the free tier of Roblox. Only Premium-specific features are affected.
