Cancel Shipt Step by Step
Log in to your account
Go to shipt.com and sign in with your membership account.
Go to Account or Membership settings
Click on Account, Membership, or your profile icon. Navigate to Manage Membership or Subscription Settings.
Click Cancel Membership
Select Cancel Membership or End Membership. Shipt will show you what benefits you'll lose (free delivery, discounts, etc.) and may offer a discounted renewal.
Confirm the cancellation
Click through the confirmation screens. Shipt may ask why you're leaving — select a reason and confirm. Check your email for the cancellation receipt.

In-store memberships (Costco, Sam's Club) may need to be canceled in person or by calling.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you signed up for Shipt through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you need to cancel through those platforms instead.

- 4. Tap Shipt
- 5. Tap Cancel Subscription

- 5. Tap Cancel subscription
What Happens After You Cancel Shipt?
Membership benefits end at the period's close
Your Shipt perks (free delivery, special pricing, cash back) continue until your membership period ends.
Pending orders still ship
Any orders already placed will still be processed and delivered. Canceling doesn't affect in-progress orders.
You can rejoin anytime
Shipt allows you to re-enroll whenever you want. Some memberships even offer comeback discounts if you've been away for a while.
