Open the {name} app
Launch The League on your phone. Most dating apps handle subscriptions exclusively through the app, though some also allow cancellation at theleague.com.
Go to your Profile or Settings
Tap your profile icon or the gear/settings icon. Navigate to Account, Subscription, or Manage Membership.
Tap Cancel Subscription
Find Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription. The League will probably try to keep you with offers or show you how many "likes" you'll lose access to. Stay strong if you want to cancel.
Cancel through Apple/Google if needed
If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play (most people do), you'll need to cancel there instead. The app will redirect you, or follow the Apple/Google steps below.

Canceling premium doesn't delete your matches or chat history. You can still message existing matches on the free plan.
Consider deleting your profile separately
If you want to fully leave The League, go to Settings > Delete Account after canceling your subscription. Canceling the subscription alone leaves your profile visible.
