Cancel Uber One in the App
Open the Uber app
Open the Uber app on your iPhone or Android phone. Make sure you are signed in with the account that has the Uber One membership. You can use either the Uber ride-hailing app or the Uber Eats app, as both connect to the same account and Uber One membership.
Go to the Account tab
Tap the Account icon in the bottom navigation bar (it looks like a person silhouette). This takes you to your account settings where you can manage your profile, payment methods, and subscriptions.
Tap Uber One
In your account settings, tap Uber One to view your membership details. You will see your current plan, billing date, and a summary of the benefits you are receiving, including delivery discounts and ride savings.
Tap Manage Membership
Scroll down on the Uber One page and tap Manage Membership. Uber may show you savings statistics to try to convince you to stay. Continue scrolling past these and look for the cancellation option.
Tap End Membership and confirm
Tap End Membership. Uber will ask you to confirm your decision. Tap End Membership one more time to finalize. You will see a confirmation screen, and your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Important: Cancel 48 hours before your billing date
Uber recommends canceling your Uber One membership at least 48 hours before your next billing date to ensure you are not charged for the next cycle. Cancel Uber One on the Website
If you prefer to cancel from a computer, you can do so through the Uber website. The steps are similar to the app.
Go to uber.com and sign in
Open uber.com in your web browser and sign in with your Uber account credentials. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
Navigate to Uber One settings
