How to Cancel Your
LastPass Subscription

Cancel LastPass on the Website
Log in to LastPass
Go to lastpass.com and sign in with your email and master password. Navigate to your vault dashboard. Before proceeding, consider exporting your passwords if you plan to switch to another service.
Open Account Settings
Click Account Settings in the left sidebar or bottom-left corner. Then select My Account. This page shows your subscription status, billing information, and plan details.
Click Cancel Subscription
Under the Premium Status section, find and click Cancel Subscription. Note: some users report the page reloads without completing the action. If this happens, try using a different browser or clearing your cache and trying again.
Confirm the cancellation
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation. LastPass may try to retain you with alternative offers. Once confirmed, your Premium subscription will not renew, but you keep access until the paid period ends.
Subscribed Through Apple or Google?
If you purchased LastPass through the Apple App Store, you need to cancel through Apple's subscription settings. Google Play purchases do not auto-renew, so no action is needed.

Passwords remain in your vault
All your saved passwords, notes, and form fills remain in your LastPass vault. On the free plan, you are limited to one device type (desktop or mobile). Export your data before canceling if switching managers.
No refunds for pre-paid subscriptions
LastPass does not issue refunds for the remaining time on your subscription. All payments are pre-paid, so plan your cancellation timing accordingly.
Export before you lose Premium access
